- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days
Option 2 — Contact Form
- Visit our Contact Us page
- Fill in your name and email address
- In the message field, write: "I request deletion of all personal data associated with this email address"
- Submit the form — we will process your request within 30 days
Option 3 — Phone Request
- Call us at +91-9819463835 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
- Inform our team that you wish to submit a data deletion request
- Provide your name and registered email address for verification
- We will follow up with a confirmation and complete deletion within 30 days
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your data deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
- We will locate all personal data associated with your account or interactions
- Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for statistical purposes
Exceptions — Data We May Retain
In certain circumstances, we may be required or permitted by law to retain some of your
data even after a deletion request. These include:
- Data required to comply with a legal obligation (e.g., tax records, invoices)
- Data necessary to resolve an ongoing dispute or enforce an agreement
- Data required for fraud prevention or security purposes
Where retention is necessary, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the
legal basis for retaining it.
Third-Party Services

directly to ensure deletion from their systems as well.
