ASNA Software Solution provides IT services including, but not limited to, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and software development (collectively, "Services"). The scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any specific engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the website without our express written consent
  • Engage in data scraping, mining, or any automated data collection from the website

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of ASNA Software Solution or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Project Agreements and Payment

All project engagements are governed by a formal agreement or SOW. The following general terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
  • Remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content delivery, delayed feedback) may affect project timelines without penalty to ASNA Software Solution
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. We will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results obtained from use of the website or services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors on the website will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASNA Software Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASNA Software Solution and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website will cease immediately.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the relevant SOW. In the event of early termination, the client remains liable for all work completed up to the termination date, billed at the agreed rate.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
